Pricing is custom-built for ever brand we work with. We quote against your real volume, SKU profile, channel mix, and packaging requirements rather than slot you into a generic rate card. After a brief intake call, you’ll receive a written proposal covering receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, kitting, and outbound shipping rates. There are no published rates because no two operations look the same — and a 5,000 SKU subscription brand shouldn’t pay like a single-SKU DTC startup.

Most brands go live within 2 to 4 weeks of contract signing. Standard onboarding includes platform integration (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite, or custom API), inventory transfer planning, SKU master setup with photographs and dimensional data, packaging configuration, and dashboard provisioning. Complex retail-channel onboarding involving EDI, ASN, or unique routing guides typically adds one to two weeks. You’ll have a dedicated contact from kickoff through your first stable shipping week.
